Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting NFN merchandise.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 4 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Merchandise is shipped from the Nipissing First Nation Administration Office by the Communications Department. We work to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please be kind and patient—while we are happy to offer NFN merchandise, we are not a full-time retail operation.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may take a few extra days to process.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up may be available at the Nipissing First Nation Administration Office or at select NFN community events when noted.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up with instructions.

Address Changes
If you need to make a change to your shipping address or pick-up option, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping Delays
NFN is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
